Statement of Paul:
Hi, I've put up a new song called Sur Le Mer De Tranquilite. This song was composed for Maria Wenekes.I have known Maria for many years and she was the integral 'behind the scenes' person that ran all of my websites, handled my fan mail, my art work. She was a tireless, dedicated, selfless and hugely talented person that I deeply respect and adore like a sister.
Not only was she the driving force behind my career, she was also one of my very best friends. Sadly after around 6 months of constant pain, Maria lost her struggle with cancer on 13/08/08. As deeply sad as this was to all of her family and close friends, we at least know that she is finally free of her suffering.
